I put a platinum engagement ring and platinum wedding band on consignment at this store and after numerous attempts to retrieve my items I was finally given back my diamond in a GOLD setting! I was told by the owner, Maggie, that my platinum setting and wedding ring were apparently SCRAP metal and thrown away! 2k value of items were "scrap"? Because I had a "contract" with this store the police said it is a civil case and they cannot help me obtain my stolen items back. Shady business! The owner Maggie also has a Maid Service company run out of this address. I asked for the items back or the value of them and they will not cooperate. I filed a complaint with Fairfax County Consumer Affairs and they are currently working the case. This shady business practice should not be tolerated but Maggie seems to know how to work around the system to keep her out of trouble.
