| The Health Care Weight Control Program has been providing weight management services to the Northern Virginia community for over fifteen years. Formerly called The OptiFax Program when it was the obesity treatment program of Fairfax Hospital, we have been in continuous operation since 1983. We have always emphasized the seriousness of obesity as a health problem and the importance of direct physician supervision in its management.
